**We’re hiring a Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI Systems)!** We are looking for a driven Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and build out core AI systems. If you love building end-to-end user flows, writing clean Python, and collaborating with senior engineers on complex designs, we want to talk to you! 📍 Location: Remote (Strictly limited to candidates based in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia). 🛠️ What You’ll Bring to the Table: - Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent production depth). You’ve recently shipped production code used by real users. - Backend Chops: Strong production Python skills (APIs, services, workers) with a strong preference for FastAPI and asynchronous systems. - Frontend Skills: You can build and debug meaningful TypeScript and React user flows—you aren't just a backend developer! - AI & LLMs: Experience building, integrating, or materially supporting at least one production-oriented LLM feature (beyond a simple demo). You regularly use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) with careful review, testing, and correction. - Database Mastery: Solid PostgreSQL competence (schemas, queries, migrations, safe data changes). - Engineering Excellence: Practical knowledge of validation, error handling, retries, data integrity, and observability. You write readable code, meaningful tests, and clear PRs. - Growth Mindset: Coachable, asks good questions, communicates honestly, and responds constructively to technical feedback.
