**Growth Solution SHPK** is a Tirana-based outsourcing company providing tailored marketing and recruitment services that help businesses grow efficiently and effectively. We work with a range of clients — including B2B and AI-focused companies — delivering practical, results-driven support aligned with each client's goals. **About the role** We're looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed bookkeeper to keep the books clean, current, and fully reconciled for a fast-growing management agency operating across a US LLC and an Albanian sh.p.k. Revenue and payments flow across several banks, payment processors, and currencies (including crypto/stablecoin), so precision matters. This is a hands-on, day-to-day finance role. Complex tax work (US filings, FBAR, crypto tax, cross-border) is handled by our external accountant — your job is to keep the books clean enough that they always have accurate data to work from. You will report to the founders. **Responsibilities** - Record every transaction across all company accounts — banks, payment processors, and crypto wallets — with correct categorization (no catch-all "Other" buckets, no estimated figures). - Reconcile every account to its statement at month-end, in every currency. Investigate and resolve any discrepancy. This is the most important duty. - Update the P&L monthly (biweekly during busy periods) and share with the founders. - Prepare team and contractor payments accurately and on schedule, after founder approval. - Issue and track invoices, including the recurring intercompany invoice between the US LLC and the Albanian sh.p.k. - Maintain organized, audit-ready records of receipts and invoices for every expense. - Maintain a living master inventory of every bank, processor, and wallet — owner, currency, and current balance. Flag any new account before it's used. - Keep owner draws and distributions strictly separate from business expenses. - Help coordinate new account openings (final opening and signing authority stays with the founders/directors). - Liaise with our external accountant: provide clean monthly data and prepare the year-end package. **How we work** - You prepare payments; a founder approves and authorizes them. You do not hold sole signing authority over company accounts. - Monthly close is delivered to the founders by an agreed date each month. - Discretion is required — this is a sensitive industry, and confidentiality is essential. **Requirements** - Bookkeeping experience, ideally with multi-currency accounts. - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). - Meticulous, organized, and reliable with deadlines. - Working English . - Comfortable with — or quick to learn — crypto/stablecoin record-keeping. **Nice to have** - Experience bookkeeping for US LLCs or foreign-owned entities. - Awareness of cross-border/foreign-account reporting (you won't file it, but you'll feed the accountant who does). **If you're interested,** feel free to apply or send an email with your CV attached at **recruiting@besamgmt.com** and we can discuss more about the role.
