***About the Job*** The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's procurement function, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods, materials, equipment, and services required to support business operations and projects. The role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, optimizing procurement costs, and ensuring that procurement activities align with the company's operational objectives, quality standards, and governance requirements. ***As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:*** - Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with the company's business objectives; - Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, tendering, negotiations, purchasing, and contract management; - Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and reliability; - Negotiating pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreements to achieve the best value for the company; - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and strategic partners; - Monitoring supplier performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives; - Collaborating closely with Operations, PMO, Finance, Warehouse, and other departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure material availability; - Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating procurement activities to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory; - Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies, internal controls, and applicable legal and contractual requirements; - Monitoring market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier risks to support informed procurement decisions; - Managing procurement budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or operational requirements; - Preparing procurement reports, KPIs, spend analyses, and management reports; - Supporting internal and external audits by maintaining complete and accurate procurement documentation; - Leading and developing the Procurement team while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence; - Performing other procurement and supply chain-related duties as assigned. ***To do this as a professional, you must meet the following requirements:*** - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or contract management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role; - Experience in telecommunications, construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects will be considered a strong advantage; - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations; - Experience preparing and managing tenders, RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier agreements; - Experience working with ERP systems and procurement software (Microsoft Dynamics experience is considered an advantage); - Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills; - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; - Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities; - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure while meeting deadlines; - Good command of English, both written and spoken; - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. ***We offer:*** - A challenging and dynamic leadership role within a highly qualified team of professionals; - Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning; - A collaborative and supportive work environment; - Career growth opportunities within a leading telecommunications infrastructure company; - The opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects across the region. ***Our Culture*** At Telelink Infra, we believe that effective procurement is a key driver of operational excellence and business success.
