**Production Team Leader – Durrës Plant** **Giobert S.p.A.** , a global player in the automotive industry and a leader in mechatronic vehicle access systems, is looking for a **Production Team Leader** to join our manufacturing site in **Durrës** . **What you’ll do** - Lead and coordinate production line teams - Ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time execution of production activities - Guarantee correct setup and safe operation of machinery and tools - Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving with the Manufacturing Manager - Analyze production data to boost performance - Collaborate with the Quality team to manage non-conformities and secure product standards - Contribute to team development together with Manufacturing and HR **What we’re looking for** - Experience in manual and semi-automatic assembly processes - Strong mechanical and basic maintenance knowledge - Familiarity with JIT methodologies (5S, One Piece Flow, Kanban) - Ability to read production KPIs and quality metrics - Skills in machine setup and safe start-up - English required; Italian is an advantage **Location:** Durrës **Employment type:** Full-time **Industry:** Automotive Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/production-team-leader-durres-plant-at-giobert-s-p-a-4375552123
