Guided by a vision of excellence and sustainability, AUREUM ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT aims to generate long-term value for businesses, communities, and investors. **Role Description** The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania, responsible for overseeing real estate development and construction projects from initiation to completion. The role includes planning project scope and timelines, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring that milestones are delivered on schedule and within quality standards. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising contractors and subcontractors, monitoring site activities, conducting inspections, and resolving issues that may impact project progress. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including consultants, suppliers, and clients, to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals. The role also requires preparing reports, maintaining documentation, mitigating risks, and supporting continuous improvement across logistics, expediting, and operational workflows. **Qualifications** - Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in construction or real estate development, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects. - Experience with expediting processes, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services. - Background in Inspection and quality control, with the ability to verify compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of supply chains, transport, and on-site material handling to support efficient project execution. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and prepare clear reports and documentation. - Proficiency in project management and productivity tools; familiarity with construction scheduling software is an advantage. - Experience in the Albanian real estate or construction market is beneficial; fluency in Albanian and good command of English are preferred.
