To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Big Qual (AI driven research) Project Manager to take ownership of one of the most exciting and fastest-growing segments in market research. **The Role:** Big Qual didn't exist a few years ago. It's an AI-powered field that combines the depth of in-person conversations with the scale of large surveys, and it's growing fast. Step in now and you're not joining an established team; you're building and scaling one of the most exciting new areas in the industry. As our Big Qual Project Manager, you will own the process end-to-end: quoting, scripting screeners, running fieldwork, and continuously finding ways to make the process better, faster and smoother. You'll work directly with leading clients in this space, such as Conveo.ai and Tellet, and with internal and international teams. In the Netherlands we strive to be best-in-class in customer service, and this role is central to that ambition. This is a role with real growth potential: we're looking for someone who wants to become THE person owning this business for the Amsterdam office of Norstat. **Key Responsibilities:** Quote projects quickly and accurately Script screeners and set up projects Manage projects from briefing to final delivery Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships Coordinate internally and with external international partners Monitor timelines, quotas, budgets, and quality metrics Proactively identify improvements in how we handle this business Solve problems before they escalate **What we are looking for:** Personal Genuinely "hungry": ambitious, driven, and eager to own and grow a business area High responsiveness and flexibility: requests sometimes come in during the evening, and certain projects require sampling over the weekend Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable under pressure Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Skills & Experience Academic degree in a business or technical field Minimum 2-3 years experience in a client-facing role with a similar dynamic (e.g. a start-up or scale-up environment) Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must Strong communication and client-facing skills High attention to detail without losing sight of deadlines Nice-to-have (but not required) Technical affinity: comfort with new tools, given the big role of artificial intelligence in this kind of research Experience in an international environment Dutch is not required **What We Offer:** A key role in one of the most exciting, fast-growing new segments in market research The opportunity to own and shape this business for the Amsterdam office Close collaboration with senior leadership International exposure within a strong global organisation A culture that values responsibility, trust, and performance Competitive salary and benefits package Fitkit subscription to support your personal health and fitness Private health insurance after 6 months Burimi: https://mk.linkedin.com/jobs/view/project-manager-at-norstat-4429960214
