QA Engineer

Quality is at the core of everything we ship. **Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks covering unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing. - Conduct thorough manual and exploratory testing across web, desktop, and gaming platforms. - Define and own QA processes, test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product and engineering teams. - Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity assessments. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality feedback. - Perform API testing, performance testing, and load testing as required. - Collaborate closely with developers to shift quality left and catch issues early in the development cycle. - Contribute to test strategy decisions and help establish quality standards across the organization. - Monitor production systems and assist in triaging and reproducing live issues. - Maintain and improve test coverage metrics and quality dashboards. **Requirements** - Solid experience in both manual testing and test automation. - Proficiency with at least one automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar. - Experience writing automated tests in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or another scripting language. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies: unit, integration, E2E, regression, smoke, and exploratory. - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into automated workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). - Ability to read and understand application code to write meaningful tests and identify edge cases. - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and product managers. - Experience with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Linear.
