The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the selection process for a variety of roles. Day-to-day work includes partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, and proactively sourcing talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. The Recruiter will coordinate interviews, gather feedback, support offer preparation, and maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system. The role also involves improving candidate experience, supporting employer branding initiatives, and using data and metrics to refine recruiting strategies. **Qualifications** - Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. - Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. - Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms to attract and track talent. - Skills in organizing multiple requisitions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Comfort interpreting recruiting metrics and using data to recommend process improvements. - Commitment to fair, unbiased hiring practices and fostering an inclusive candidate experience. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively across time zones and teams. - Preferred: prior in-house or agency recruiting experience and familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
