The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. This role will maintain job postings across platforms, build and nurture talent pipelines, and proactively identify candidates for current and future roles. The Recruiter will also support onboarding activities, help refine job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage. Collaboration with operations, HR, and leadership teams will be essential to align hiring needs with business goals and timelines. **Qualifications** - Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. - Ability to use online job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract and engage candidates. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. - Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open roles and deadlines. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting databases is preferred. - Knowledge of basic employment practices and standards, with a commitment to fair, unbiased hiring. - Comfort working on-site in Skopje and collaborating closely with local and remote teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Previous recruiting experience in transportation, logistics, or a similar fast-paced industry is an advantage.
