We play to grow & win, do you? **Key Responsibilities:** - Drives the production of high-quality products through the optimal utilization of materials, human resources, and production capacity. - Ensures optimal usage and continuous improvement of raw materials, packaging materials, and auxiliary material yields. - Ensures compliance with food safety requirements, CCH and TCCC standards, ISO standards, GMP, IMCR, health and safety regulations, environmental requirements, and internal procedures. - Prepares, presents, and interprets Production KBIs, providing recommendations aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. - Analyzes cost variances and identifies opportunities to improve cost performance. - Establishes and maintains productive relationships with team members, internal customers, peers, institutions, and suppliers. - Builds and strengthens cross-functional relationships with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Production Planning teams. - Ensures the protection of company assets within the area of responsibility. - Ensures the safe and effective operation of production equipment. - Implements measures to prevent property loss and damage. - Has the authority and responsibility to stop production in cases where there are indications that a product deviates from ISO 22000, CCH, or TCCC standards. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. - At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within Supply Chain functions (Production, Maintenance, Quality, or Logistics). - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Familiarity with SAP systems is considered an advantage. **What we offer:** - A fully digitalized work process based on modern tools and technologies. - Annual bonus based on corporate, local, and individual achievements. - Yearly salary increase based on individual performance. - Opportunities for training and development, supported by two international corporations - Fit Kit - free monthly membership providing access to over 300 sports activities. - Free company products for birthdays and holidays. - 24/7 accident insurance coverage.
