**Title: Safety & Accounting Specialist** 📍 Taftalidže, Skopje | On-site 🕑 Monday–Friday | 14:00–22:00 **About Us** House of Trucking is a service-based company supporting U.S. trucking and logistics businesses, with a growing team of 60+ professionals across Dispatch, Recruiting, Safety, Accounting, Billing, and other operational services. We’re looking for an **Safety & Accounting Specialist** to join our team. **Responsibilities** : **Safety Responsibilities** \* Review MVRs, coordinate drug tests, and support the driver hiring process \* Conduct and coordinate driver orientation \* Schedule and manage random drug and alcohol testing for drivers \* Handle FMCSA inspection-related documentation and disputes when necessary \* Keep company records organized and audit-ready for FMCSA investigations or compliance reviews \* Assist with IFTA reporting and permits **Accounting & Billing Responsibilities** \* Follow up with drivers regarding missing, rejected, or incorrect BOLs and obtain proper documentation \* Reconcile freight bills and resolve billing discrepancies \* Process payroll for company drivers \* Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments \* Maintain accurate billing, payment, and payroll records \* Respond to client and driver inquiries regarding billing and payments \* Enter and verify data in accounting and transportation management systems \* Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliations **Requirements** : \* Experience in Accounting, Billing, Payroll, Finance, or a similar role \* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills \* Good English communication skills \* Strong Excel / Google Sheets knowledge **\* U.S. trucking or logistics experience is a must** **\* Safety / DOT Compliance knowledge is a must** 📩 Apply directly or email your CV to careers@houseoftrucking.com Burimi: https://mk.linkedin.com/jobs/view/safety-accounting-specialist-at-house-of-trucking-hot-4442849686
