**About Clover**
Clover is a B2B lead generation agency helping companies across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand book qualified sales meetings through LinkedIn outreach.
We work with clients across recruitment, tech, AI, and data outsourcing, managing everything from targeting and messaging to lead qualification and meeting booking. We launched a few months ago and already have clients across four industries on two continents.
We're growing and we need sharp people to grow with us.
**About The Role**
You'll be making outbound cold calls on behalf of our clients to qualified prospect lists we build for you. Your job is simple. Start conversations, qualify leads, and book meetings directly into client calendars.
No fluff. No scripts that sound like scripts. Just real conversations with real decision makers that turn into booked meetings.
**What You'll Actually Do**
- Make 150-200 cold calls daily to targeted prospect lists
- Follow the call framework provided and adapt it naturally in conversation
- Qualify prospects based on each client's ICP criteria
- Book meetings directly into client calendars
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Submit a daily report - calls made, conversations had, meetings booked
- Flag what's working and what isn't so we can improve together
**What We're Looking For**
- Confident, clear spoken English - you're the voice of our clients
- Natural conversationalist - you don't sound like you're reading from a script
- Thick skin - rejection is part of the job and you bounce back fast
- Reliable - calls need to happen every day, on schedule
- Sales instinct - you know when to push and when to listen
- Prior cold calling or sales experience is a strong plus
