We're hiring a
**Sales Specialist**
for a leading technology business. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key accounts across a portfolio of technology products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct customer meetings and manage account activities
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account data
- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new product and service initiatives
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

**Key Requirements**

- 5+ years' experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Strong customer relationship management and sales skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused with excellent commercial awareness

**Nice to Have**

- Experience in the technology industry
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales tools
- Experience conducting market and competitor analysis
- Background working with cross-functional teams
