Bedrock Dynamics is building the AI-native intelligence platform for construction and finance teams — from groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting. We serve mid-market general contractors, the owners and developers they build for, and the project-finance banks behind the money. We also serve small retail investors who are interested to buy units of real estate, commercial space as early as possible in the development cycle. We're assembling our founding 50 and hiring 4 Sales representatives. Sales here means selling trust into industries that are slow to trust: general contractors, the owners and developers they build for, and the project-finance banks behind the money. Our product helps them finish on budget, on time, with full visibility. Your job is to open the right doors. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Map, research, and qualify our ICPs across the USA, SE Europe, Africa, Middle East and W. Europe. - Run outreach that doesn't sound like outreach. - Book and attend discovery calls with VPs of Operations, Project Directors, and CFOs. - Work directly with founders on deal strategy. - Build and own your pipeline — CRM discipline is non-negotiable. THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF ✕ You need to be told what to do each morning. ✕ You want a traditional job with hand-holding. ✕ You prefer comfort over accountability. ✕ You're not comfortable sometimes working overtime/over the weekend WHAT YOUR FIRST 30, 60 AND 90 DAYS LOOK LIKE Day 30 trust milestone The team feels: "This person is intellectually honest and curious. They challenged me once — and they were right. I trust their judgment." Day 60 trust milestone The team feels: "This person made something happen that wouldn't have happened without them. They don't wait to be told. They are a net-positive force." Day 90 conversion decision The team votes. The bar: "Would we be noticeably worse off without this person?" Unanimous yes → offer + equity conversation opens. Anything less → honest feedback, a possible extension, or a respectful parting. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - 100 EUR/month during the 3-month trial. - Stock options on conversion to permanent founding member. - Salary + performance bonus negotiated after trial, based on results. - 4-day work week · hybrid (remote + office + global client/partner visits).
