Senior Creative Strategist

We're an AI startup moving fast, and we're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who can turn ideas into ad creative that actually performs lead a team to execute it, and stand in front of clients while doing it. This is a client-facing leadership role. You'll be the person clients talk to: translating their goals into strategy, walking them through the work, and turning their feedback into something sharper. You'll also be close to the numbers the creative you shape goes straight into live ad campaigns, so you understand what makes an ad convert, not just what looks good. You won't be doing all the work alone. You'll have a team executing under you, which means the responsibility sits with you: setting the strategy internally, guiding the people producing the work, and owning the QA process so what goes out the door is sharp, on-brief, and ready to perform. It's a dynamic environment with fast deadlines. Things change, priorities shift, and we move quickly. If that energizes you rather than stresses you out, you'll fit right in. What you'll do: - Lead creative strategy for performance-driven campaigns built on AI video ads and images - Set strategy internally and guide the team producing the work - Own the QA process and take responsibility for the quality of everything that ships - Own client relationships as a key point of contact - Present and defend ideas clearly, then iterate based on real feedback and results - Work closely with creative, media, and data to keep everything performing and on-brief What we're looking for: - Experience in creative strategy, ideally with performance or paid-media campaigns - Hands-on familiarity with AI creative tools for video and image generation - A track record of creative that drives results, not just impressions - Proven ability to lead a team and take ownership of their output - A strong communicator who's credible and calm in front of clients - Someone comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and shifting priorities If you want to own the strategy, lead the people behind it, and stand in front of the client let's talk.
