**About Thrasker:** Thrasker is a fast-moving digital agency based in Florida, USA, with a creative and talented team in Skopje. We specialize in branding, website design, and digital marketing for clients across the globe and we’re looking for a **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our in-office team full-time. If you’re an experienced designer with a strong creative point of view, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lead visual direction across brands and campaigns, we want to meet you. **What You’ll Do:** - Lead the creation of high-quality digital ad creatives for performance campaigns (Google, Meta, and other paid channels) - Develop and oversee print design work including brochures, packaging, presentations, and large-scale signage - Drive brand identity development projects, including logo systems, typography, color systems, and complete visual guidelines - Design and guide website and SaaS interface assets, ensuring consistency with UX principles and strong visual hierarchy - Own the visual direction of key client projects from concept to execution, ensuring a high standard across all deliverables - Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback and maintaining design quality across the team - Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and development teams to deliver cohesive, conversion-focused creative solutions **What We’re Looking For:** - 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency environment - A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating senior-level brand thinking and execution across digital and print - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Solid experience designing for web, mobile, and print environments - Strong understanding of branding systems, layout, typography, and conversion-driven design - Ability to take ownership of projects and guide creative direction independently - Excellent communication, organization, and English proficiency **Why Thrasker?** - Work with a creative, international team on diverse global brands - Fast-paced but supportive environment that values ownership, craft, and growth - Opportunity to lead meaningful projects and influence brand direction at a senior level - Clear space for professional development and progression into leadership roles **Note:** If your portfolio is not linked in your CV or included with your application, please send it directly to aleksandrapavlovska@thrasker.com **We thank all applicants for their interest.
