We are a culmination of some of the brightest Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Quality Analysts, Strategists, spanning across multiple time zones. **Job Summary** We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build the installation automation behind Application Private Deployment. Using our SaaS platform as a blueprint, you'll develop the Terraform modules, Helm charts, and deployment standards that make standing up the application repeatable and predictable, whether the target is a bare metal data center, private AWS, or private Azure. The goal is simple to state and hard to execute: a new private deployment should install the same way every time, with the same defaults, the same quality bar, and the same time-to-ready, regardless of the customer's environment. If you don't know it 'all,' you won't be alone. We're looking for generalists who bring breadth and judgment, not hyper-focused specialists. You won't be operating client environments. You'll be building the installation foundation that makes every new deployment successful from day one. **Responsibilities & Duties** - Developing installation automation, including Terraform modules, Helm charts, and supporting scripts, that stands up a complete Application Private Deployment environment repeatably across bare metal, private AWS, and private Azure. - Translating installation patterns from SaaS platform into portable, customer-transferable tooling that doesn't assume centralized control. - Defining and maintaining installation standards, reference architectures, and configuration baselines that implementation engineers apply consistently across clients. - Building automation that handles the full installation path: infrastructure provisioning, Kubernetes cluster setup, Application deployment, dependency configuration, and first-run validation. - Designing installations for the heterogeneity of client infrastructure: different hypervisors, storage backends, network topologies, identity providers, and security postures. - Developing testing and validation frameworks that exercise the installation path end-to-end and catch regressions before they reach a client environment. - Building upgrade automation on top of the installation foundation so version transitions are as repeatable as the initial install. - Implementing security and compliance requirements into the installation tooling itself, including secrets handling, TLS, hardening defaults, and vulnerability management, so each deployment starts from a defensible baseline. - Building the diagnostic and validation hooks that tell implementation engineers an installation succeeded, and where it failed when it didn't. - Creating and maintaining installation documentation, runbooks, and as-built templates that implementation engineers and clients rely on during deployment and handoff. - Partnering with implementation engineers and support to identify friction in real installations and fold those lessons back into the automation and standards. - Driving continuous improvement in installation reliability, time-to-ready for a new Application Private Deployment client, and the engineer-hours required per deployment. **Education & Experience** - 5 – 8 years of experience with infrastructure automation on a DevOps/ DevSecOps Team. - BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent coursework. - Kubernetes: deploying and operating clusters in client-controlled environments, with bare metal as the primary focus, plus AWS and Azure experience. - Helm for packaging and ArgoCD (or equivalent) for GitOps-based continuous delivery. - CI/CD pipeline development in GitHub Actions. - Production Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible. - Scripting in Python (preferred), Ruby, or Bash. - Linux and Windows server administration. - SQL Server and PostgreSQL: provisioning and TLS configuration. - Networking in Kubernetes and enterprise environments: ingress controllers, load balancing, DNS, TLS and certificate lifecycle, and firewall/egress policy across bare metal and cloud. - Git-based version control. **Hiring Policy** This job description may evolve over time.
