You’ll collaborate with lawyers, case managers, and expert witnesses across international matters while working fully remotely from North Macedonia. About the Role As a Senior Legal Editor (Quality Assurance), you will review and refine expert witness reports intended for legal proceedings and court submission. Your role will focus on ensuring that reports are: Legally sound and logically structured Clear, persuasive, and professionally written Compliant with evidentiary and procedural standards Consistent with internal quality and editorial guidelines This position is ideal for a litigation lawyer who has strong drafting and analytical skills and enjoys working deeply with legal reasoning, evidence, and written advocacy. Key Responsibilities Review and refine expert witness reports for clarity, legal reasoning, structure, and admissibility Ensure reports comply with court and procedural requirements for expert evidence Work closely with lawyers, case managers, and expert witnesses to strengthen report quality Provide clear, constructive feedback to experts and stakeholders Maintain consistency with internal editorial and legal style standards Mentor junior editors and support quality assurance processes Assist in developing internal legal resources, articles, and thought leadership content Build trusted professional relationships with legal and technical experts internationally What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements Qualified Lawyer / Solicitor / Attorney Strong litigation background, ideally involving civil, commercial, insurance, medical, construction, or expert-evidence-related matters Excellent legal drafting, written communication, and analytical skills Experience reviewing legal submissions, witness statements, pleadings, expert reports, or court documents Strong understanding of legal reasoning, evidence presentation, and procedural compliance Ability to provide detailed, constructive feedback professionally and diplomatically Exceptional attention to detail and document quality Highly Desirable Experience working with expert witnesses or expert evidence Experience in legal editing, legal QA, or legal publishing Familiarity with UK, Australian, or common law litigation environments Experience mentoring junior legal or editorial staff Why Join This Opportunity?
