**Role Description**
The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. This position involves advising clients on travel options, designing itineraries, and creating customized travel packages that meet individual needs and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling flight and hotel reservations, managing travel arrangements, coordinating transfers and tours, and ensuring accurate documentation and booking records. The Senior Travel Consultant will provide high-quality customer service, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and resolve issues or changes related to bookings. The role also includes staying updated on destination information, promotions, and suppliers, collaborating with colleagues to optimize offers, and supporting the continuous improvement of Savatours’ services.

**Qualifications**

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with experience designing and overseeing complete travel packages.
- Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations across flights, accommodation, and local services.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, clear communication, and problem-solving.
- Experience using reservation systems, GDS platforms, and booking tools; familiarity with travel industry regulations and policies.
- Very good spoken and written communication skills in Albanian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead travel consultant role, ideally within an agency setting.
- Relevant educational background in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
