**📢 Job Title: Social Media Manager** **Schedule:** **Full-time,** **Monday - Friday, 15.00-23.00** **Location: Remote / On-site (Albania, Kosovo, Mexico, Philippines)** **Role Description** We are looking for a **creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager** to oversee and grow our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning everyday content into engaging, on-brand posts and has a strong eye for design and storytelling. **🎯 Key Responsibilities** - Create and manage **monthly content calendars** across social platforms - Transform content received from facilities into engaging social media posts - Design visuals and graphics using **Canva** - **Schedule and publish posts using social media scheduling tools** - **Monitor engagement, comments, and messages** - **Track performance metrics and provide basic insights and recommendations** **🛠 Tools & Platforms** - **Canva** - Basic social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite or similar) - Basic video editing tools ( **a plus** , not required) **🌟 What We’re Looking For** - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Creative mindset with attention to detail - Understanding of social media best practices and trends - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Prior experience managing social media accounts is preferred ➕ Nice to Have - Basic video editing skills - Experience creating content for multiple platforms If you’re passionate about social media and enjoy creating engaging content in a structured yet creative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
