We communicate openly, give honest feedback, and support each other. - Work-Life Balance — We build software that promotes wellbeing — and we practice what we preach. **🔷What you will do?** **Technical Leadership** - Define and drive the technical vision for our frontend applications - Make key architectural decisions and ensure code quality across the team - Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and development workflows - Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions - Identify and address technical debt while balancing feature delivery - Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new technologies **Team Leadership** - Mentor and grow a team of frontend developers - Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement - Participate in hiring — reviewing candidates, conducting interviews, building the team - Work closely with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutions - Shield the team from distractions while keeping them aligned with company goals **Hands-On Development** - Remain hands-on — we expect our Tech Leads to code (approximately 50-60% of your time) - Tackle the most complex technical challenges alongside your team - Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new features - Contribute to our shared component library and design system **🔷What we are looking for?** - 7+ years of professional software development experience - 5+ years working extensively with React and the modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem - 2+ years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar) - Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend architecture - Strong experience with state management (Redux, RTK Query, or alternatives) - Proven track record of mentoring developers and improving team performance - Experience designing and implementing scalable frontend architectures - Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative development ****🔶**** **Nice to Have** - React Native experience — mobile development is part of our roadmap - Experience with design systems and component libraries (shadcn/ui, Radix UI) - Knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring - Experience with testing strategies at scale (unit, integration, E2E) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software - Experience building teams from scratch or in early-stage companies - Understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, APIs) to collaborate effectively **🔷What we offer?** - Opportunity to shape our engineering culture from the early days - Work in an experienced and encouraging team - Continuous professional development through training and conferences - Flexible working hours with the option of hybrid work - Work in an agile environment following SCRUM methodology - Pleasant and relaxed work environment with various perks - all perks and benefits can be found on our career page **🔷 Why This Role?** **This Isn't Just Another Tech Lead Position.
