Drawing on hospitality experience, the role ensures smooth hotel onboarding, accurate data exchange, and effective communication with hotel teams, while developing technical expertise through training. **Your responsibilities** • Integration Monitoring & Support – Monitor the flow of data between the PMS and decision-making systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates for operational and strategic decisions • Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting – Identify, investigate, and resolve integration or system issues, coordinating with hotel staff, vendors, and internal teams • Data Quality & System Maintenance – Ensure that data across connected systems is accurate, complete, and well-maintained to support reporting, forecasting, and analytics • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with hotel teams and technical colleagues to understand the needs and translate them into actionable items, when needed • Continuous Learning & Improvement – Actively develop technical knowledge and system expertise **Role's requirements** • 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, with a good understanding of PMS usage and integrations with external systems • Technical Support Experience – Proven track record in application or system support, troubleshooting, and integration monitoring in complex technical environments • System & Data Knowledge – Strong understanding of software applications, databases, and data flows; experience with monitoring, issue resolution, and data validation • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to quickly identify root causes, propose solutions, and implement fixes efficiently • Customer-Facing Support – Experience providing support to internal or external stakeholders, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts clearly • Coding / Scripting (Preferred) – Knowledge of or experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to assist with automation, data manipulation, or integration tasks • Adaptability & Learning Agility – Willingness to acquire knowledge of hotel operations, PMS workflows, and hospitality business processes • Collaboration & Teamwork – Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business users to deliver solutions and support • Bachelor's degree in a related educational area • Excellent verbal and written English at least B2 level **Why Join Sirma?** • **Learn from the Best** Work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, collaborate with international experts, and be part of a culture where knowledge sharing is part of everyday life. • **Build What Matters** Take on challenging projects, solve real business problems, and work with cutting-edge technologies that drive innovation across industries. • **Flexibility That Works for You** Start your day between 8:00 and 10:00, depending on your team’s schedule.
