Technical Lead

**\*\*\*You must be living in North Macedonia to apply\*\*\*** **Role Purpose** As a Tech Lead you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of complex software systems. The purpose of this role is to leverage extensive technical expertise and experience to solve challenging problems, optimize software performance, and lead the implementation of new features. This position also involves mentoring junior engineers, participating in architectural discussions, and ensuring best practices are followed in code quality, testing, and deployment processes. **Some of your responsibilities:** - Design, implement and test high level software applications. - Review and provide feedback on code written by other team members, focusing on quality and adherence to standards. - Analyse and optimize system performance, identifying potential areas for improvement. - Engage in some research of new technologies to improve product. - Contribute to definition of component and product architecture. - Assist less experienced peers and entry level developers. - Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of scalable, high-performance systems. - Develop and maintain high-level documentation for system architectures and design patterns. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and contribute to the refinement of governance policies. **Essential:** - Significant years of experience in design and programming large scale applications deployed in a clustered environment. - Advanced proficiency with cloud-native development and serverless architectures. - Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Ability to optimise performance in distributed and microservices environments. - Advanced knowledge of engineering concepts, languages or platforms, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle. - Experience in Java - Experience in Spring framework - Experience in REST API - Experience in working with databases, such as Postgres/MS SQL **Desirable:** - Experience in Workforce Management - Experience in Automated Call Distribution Burimi: https://mk.linkedin.com/jobs/view/technical-lead-at-verint-4421955445
