**Company Description** Superior Global Services is an outsourcing company based in Shtip, Macedonia, providing operational support for companies in the U.S. logistics and transportation market. Our teams work across departments such as operations, recruiting, accounting, safety, maintenance, payroll, marketing, and Track & Trace. **Role Description** Superior is expanding the Track & Trace team and is looking for an After-Hours Track & Trace Agent to join our carrier operations team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Shtip. The role is focused on monitoring active loads after regular business hours, following shipment movement, updating load information, reporting delays or status changes, and keeping internal teams informed throughout the shift. **Main Responsibilities** • Monitor active loads during after-hours shifts • Follow pickup, transit, and delivery updates • Update load information in the system • Report delays, issues, and status changes • Keep tracking notes and shipment records organized • Communicate important updates to the internal team • Help the carrier team stay informed after regular business hours **Qualifications** • Good English communication skills • Ability to follow shipment updates and work with accurate information • Strong attention to detail • Good organizational skills during active shifts • Ability to communicate updates clearly and on time • Basic computer skills • Experience in logistics or transportation is preferred, but not mandatory **Job Details** Workplace type: On-site Job type: Full-time Location: Shtip, Macedonia Burimi: https://mk.linkedin.com/jobs/view/track-trace-at-superior-global-services-4423508462
