UGC Content Creator

We’re looking for a confident and beautiful content creator to be the face of our offshore staffing company. Your main role will be filming short-form videos (30 seconds to 1 minute) using scripts we provide. These videos will be used across LinkedIn, social media, and advertising channels. What You’ll Do - Film short, engaging videos based on pre-written scripts - Present confidently, clearly, and professionally on camera - Deliver videos with clean visuals and audio (phone-quality is fine as long as it’s clear) - Take direction on tone, style, and pacing - Provide timely turnarounds on assigned videos - Collaborate with our team occasionally on improvements or reshoots What We’re Looking For - Content creator who is comfortable being the on-camera face of the brand - Strong on-camera presence — confident, friendly, and professional - Ability to record in a quiet, well-lit environment - Clear speaking voice and strong delivery - Reliable and communicative - Experience in content creation, UGC, hosting, or similar roles is a plus Why Work With Us Aerio Global is a fast-growing offshore recruiting firm.
