TAKAT STUDIOS is a creative production and post-production studio based in Skopje, working across commercials, branded content, music videos, and digital productions.

**About the Role**
We're looking for a talented Video Editor with a strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual aesthetics.
Someone who understands that great editing goes beyond assembling footage. It's about creating emotion, shaping narratives, and knowing when every frame matters.
We value editors who are confident in their craft, comfortable working independently, and curious about the creative process beyond their primary discipline.
**What You'll Do**
- Edit commercials, branded content, social media videos, and other creative productions.
- Shape raw footage into compelling visual stories with strong pacing and structure.
- Collaborate with directors, creatives, and the production team.
- Work with sound, music, and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
- Manage editing projects from initial assembly to final delivery.
- Maintain high creative and technical standards across different formats and platforms.
- Contribute ideas and creative solutions throughout the post-production process.
**What We're Looking For**
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- A solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual continuity.
- A good eye for detail, aesthetics, and overall production quality.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Good organizational skills and an understanding of professional post-production workflows.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to continuously develop your skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating your editing abilities and creative approach.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging post-production technologies.
- Experience working on commercials, music videos, or branded campaigns.
