iDigitalise is a growing international digital agency across Albania, India, and Dubai, delivering web development, SEO, paid media, and digital marketing solutions to clients across multiple industries. We work with structured processes, clear communication, and long-term client partnerships. We are now looking to expand our team with a dedicated account manager who will take ownership of client accounts and ensure smooth project delivery and strong client relationships.
**Role Overview**
As an Account Manager at iDigitalise, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts end-to-end. This is not a role focused on a single client or purely administrative tasks. You will act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, overseeing communication, timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination with our design, development, SEO, and marketing teams.
This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent time management, and a solid understanding of how digital services work. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, is detail-orientated, and is committed to growing with the company long-term.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across design, development, SEO, and marketing teams
- Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with clients
- Ensure all client requests, feedback, and approvals are tracked and implemented correctly
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate documentation, task lists, and project updates
- Identify potential issues early and proactively propose solutions
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree completed (preferred fields: Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related disciplines)
- Previous experience in client management, account management, or project coordination
- Basic to solid understanding of digital marketing services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Fast learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
