, you will bring recent, hands-on billing and sales invoicing experience into a global financial services environment. Your accuracy in raising invoices, performing reconciliations, and supporting treasury processes directly impacts complex loan administration and trustee transactions relied upon by institutional lenders and capital markets stakeholders worldwide.

**Your Daily Tasks**

- Working with our global client facing teams to accurately raise and distribute sales invoices on a timely basis
- Responding to queries on invoices from clients and internal stakeholders
- Collating and tracking bank charges, to be accrued and invoiced to clients
- Supporting the intercompany invoicing process
- End of month GL Account reconciliations
- End of month Intercompany reconciliations
- Treasury management
- Ad-hoc duties as required to support Finance Operations

**The Qualifications We Seek**

- Minimum
**2 years of recent, hands-on experience in billing, sales invoicing, or accounts receivable processing**
- Strong attention to detail with high-volume and accurate invoice input
- Proficiency in
**Outlook**
,
**Excel**
, and
**cloud-based accounting systems**
(NetSuite preferred)
- Self-starter with a proactive work ethic and willingness to support cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German or French an advantage)
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing business
