**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Control Engineer based in Tirana, Albania. The Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing cost management processes, analyzing project costs, preparing detailed cost reports, and providing effective project control. This role ensures that the company achieves financial efficiency and project success by monitoring budgets and identifying areas for cost optimization.

**Qualifications**

- **Minimum 7 years of experience as a Construction Engineer**
, with a strong background in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and detailed price analysis.
- **Proven ability in cost management and budget control**
, including monitoring project expenditures and ensuring alignment with financial plans.
- **Excellent technical proficiency**
in reading, interpreting, and analyzing construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- **Extensive experience in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities)**
and compiling comprehensive cost breakdowns for construction projects.
- **Skilled in updating cost forecasts**
based on project progress and delivering consistent, accurate cost and progress reports.
