**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania, for an Electrical Engineer. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, overseeing power distribution and power systems for construction projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The role also involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring optimal performance within project timelines.

**Qualifications**

- Strong expertise in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in Power Distribution and Power Systems
- Knowledge of electricity principles and their application in construction projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with modern tools and software for electrical engineering design
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in construction or commercial building projects is a plus
