**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineer based in Tirana, Albania, with flexibility for some remote work. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing projects related to architecture, civil works, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing plans, conducting project studies, offering technical solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulations and high standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing construction sites as required.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in civil engineering, structural design, and urban or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and time management
- Problem-solving abilities and a focus on technical precision
- Knowledge of regulations and guidelines in architecture, civil works, and infrastructure development
- Ability to work in both office and site environments as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Master’s degree or certifications in specialized areas of engineering are a plus
