**Fashion Designer / Children's Apparel Product Designer**

**Location: On-site – Tirana, Albania, or Prishtina, Kosovo,**

**Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM**

**About the role:**

We are seeking a talented and creative
**Fashion Designer / Children's Apparel Product Designer**
to join a growing premium children's apparel brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, exceptional taste, and experience creating elevated children's clothing collections.

Our aesthetic is inspired by premium boutique children's fashion, soft silhouettes, beautiful fabrics, thoughtful details, gentle color palettes, and timeless European-inspired designs. We are looking for someone who can transform creative concepts into production-ready garments while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.

**Responsibilities**
:

- Design premium children's apparel collections, including pajamas, onesies, tops, leggings, skirts, shorts, dresses, and elevated basics.
- Create European-inspired designs with softness, charm, flair, and a premium boutique feel.
- Develop cohesive seasonal collections, including colors, prints, trims, silhouettes, and fabric direction.
- Create detailed production-ready tech packs for factories and manufacturing partners.
- Prepare flat sketches, measurements, construction details, stitching instructions, labels, hangtags, care labels, and packaging specifications.
- Manage size charts and garment measurements to ensure fit consistency across collections.
- Select and coordinate fabrics, Pantone colors, trims, embroidery, and print elements.
- Review samples, fabric swatches, lab dips, and factory submissions.
- Provide clear feedback and correction notes to vendors and manufacturers.
- Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure designs are properly executed.
- Support collection development from concept through production, photoshoots, wholesale, and e-commerce launches.
- Maintain organized design files, tech packs, style libraries, and collection documentation.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Product Development, or a related field.
- Experience designing children's apparel is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, sizing, and fabric selection.
- Experience creating professional tech packs and production documentation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other apparel design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers and production teams is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a production-minded approach.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant apparel design work is required.

**Preferred:**

- Experience with premium, boutique, or contemporary children's fashion brands.
- Knowledge of sourcing, manufacturing processes, and product development timelines.
- Familiarity with PLM systems and tech pack software.
- Understanding of e-commerce product launches and merchandising.
