**Social Media Manager**

to own our brand voice, distribution, and community across all social platforms.

**The Role**

This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of storytelling, visual identity, and digital communication in the luxury real estate industry.
As our Social Media Manager, your focus will be on
**strategy, growth, distribution, and brand positioning**

. You will take the high-end visual assets provided by our production teams, agents, and photographers, and transform them into a cohesive, sophisticated digital presence. You will manage our content calendar, optimize platform algorithms, protect our brand integrity, and deeply engage with an audience of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and luxury enthusiasts.

If you are a data-informed strategist who understands the nuances of luxury marketing, corporate reputation, and high-end community building, we want you on our team.

**What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)**

- Manage Capital Point’s social media channels and content calendar
- Create, plan, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop creative concepts for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for property promotions, events, and brand campaigns
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and performance
- Maintain a luxury, professional, and consistent brand image online
- Support content creation during events, property visits, and company activities
- Analyze weekly and monthly metrics (reach, high-value engagement, referral traffic). Turn data into actionable insights to consistently improve our digital ROI.

**Who You Are (Requirements)**

- **The Experience:**
4+ years of dedicated social media management experience, specifically handling premium, luxury, or high-end B2C/B2B brands (e.g., luxury real estate, wealth management, premium hospitality, or fine art).
- **The Mindset:**
A mix of analytical rigor and brand intuition. You know exactly what content drives brand equity versus what drives raw numbers, and you prioritize the former.
- **The Skills:**
Deep understanding of platform mechanics, scheduling tools, and social analytics. Excellent copywriting skills in Albanian and in English with a sharp eye for elite design and visual consistency.
- **The Professionalism:**

High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills. You are comfortable collaborating with top-tier real estate agents, executives, and luxury partners;
Knowledge of luxury real estate, lifestyle, or premium brands is considered an advantage; basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
