Sales Coordinator

**Position Summary:**
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the hotel’s sales operations by ensuring smooth coordination between the hotel and the central Sales Office located at Tirana. The role requires a strong on-site presence at the hotel to assist with client requests, internal coordination, and operational support for the sales team.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Act as the main liaison between the hotel and the Head Quarters Sales Office.
- Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Support the Sales Managers in handling client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, contracts, and client communications.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensure all client requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate site inspections, group bookings, and event requirements with relevant hotel departments.
- Monitor and update CRM or sales systems with relevant information.
- Provide on-site support during VIP visits, events, and major group arrivals.
- Ensure alignment between hotel operations and central sales strategies.

**Requirements**
**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in sales or hospitality (preferably in a hotel environment).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate between multiple departments.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and sales processes.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.

**Work Arrangement:**

- Full-time, on-site position at the hotel.
- Regular coordination with the Head Quarters Sales Office.
