Financial Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced
**Senior Financial Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst**
to join our growing finance team. This role plays a key part in preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial reports across multiple international companies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across multiple entities.
- Develop and oversee audited financial statements for tax, VAT, and loans — including interest calculations.
- Manage and validate partner payment reports with a focus on precision and transparency.
- Produce detailed audit and reconciliation reports, including complex matching activities.
- Reconcile petty cash and card transactions (Visa/Mastercard) with corresponding bank movements.
- Monitor and align group balances, ensuring consistency across all business units.
- Conduct comprehensive reconciliations across P&L, cash flow, and partner accounts.
- Collaborate with auditors and finance teams to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

**Requirements:**

- 7 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or reconciliation.
- Proven experience with international companies or clients.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, VAT, tax, and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong English communication and reporting skills.

**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM**
