**Role Description**

The Lawyer will handle a variety of tasks, including providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in legal matters. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**

- Proven expertise in Legal Research, Regulatory Compliance, and drafting of Contracts and Agreements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Law, Civil Law, and handling Legal Disputes
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and time-management abilities
- A degree in Law; being a licensed attorney in Albania is required
- Fluency in Albanian and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in a professional legal setting, preferably in a corporate or business environment, is highly valued
