Position Overview
We are seeking a
**driven and experienced Sales Supervisor / Call Center Manager**
to lead and manage an in-office call center team of
**up to 10 sales representatives**
. This role is focused on overseeing outbound and inbound sales to U.S. businesses, primarily restaurants.
You will be responsible for managing people, tracking performance, improving call center operations, and ensuring the team successfully sells a range of products including
**POS systems, credit card merchant services, bakery products, and private-label hot sauces**
.
This is a
**hands-on leadership role**
requiring strong sales knowledge, call center management experience, and the ability to motivate and grow a team.
Working Hours (US Time – Required)
- **Monday – Thursday:**
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
- **Friday:**
Half day (Central Time)
- Must be able to work
**US business hours from the Tirana office**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of
**up to 10 sales representatives**
- Oversee daily call center operations and ensure productivity targets are met
- Track calls, leads, conversions, and overall sales performance
- Coach and train sales reps on scripts, objections, follow-ups, and closing
- Ensure sales reps are properly selling:
- Credit card POS systems & merchant services
- Bakery and breakfast products for restaurants
- Private-label hot sauce programs
- Assist in creating and improving call center processes and workflows
- Monitor KPIs and sales reports, and implement improvements when needed
- Hold team members accountable for attendance, performance, and results
- Lead by example with strong sales knowledge and leadership skills
Requirements
- **Minimum 2 years of experience**
managing or supervising a call center or sales team
- Strong understanding of
**sales processes and call center operations**
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop sales representatives
- Comfortable reviewing reports, tracking performance, and improving results
- Must be organized, disciplined, and results-driven
- Experience selling to the U.S. market is a strong plus
- Restaurant industry experience
**is NOT required**
