**Tasks**

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews)
- Act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile team, supporting team development and self-organization.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices.
- Track team performance metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown, using them for continuous improvement and complete KPI files.
- Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and transparency within the team.
- Facilitate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Monitor sprint velocity and adjust if necessary.
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or dependencies.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports.

**Requirements**

- Work experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Business English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, team capacity) and ability to support continuous improvement.
