**Senior Payment and Banking Specialist**
to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Execute daily payment operations, including payroll, vendor and other payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Monitor and manage payment transactions to ensure proper reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Lead the implementation of new payment methods, systems, and technologies.
- Suggest and implement improvements on the end-to-end payment processing cycle, including payroll payments, vendor payments, and refunds
- Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline the processes, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the transactions
- Lead the bank relationships and bank accounts opening process and overall bank accounts maintenance
- Conduct regular review of the bank accounts, fees, signatories
- Coordinate and oversee KYC and AML requirements for financial transactions and banking relationships
- Actively collaborate and provide support to other teams, such as customer facing teams, payroll and operations, to ensure seamless payment operations.

**Requirements:**

- Experience: 3+ years in payments, treasury or banking operations ideally in a fintech or payments company or banking institution.
- Experience in managing banking relationships and handling account openings.
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and banking regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with tokenized authentication systems and digital banking solutions.
