**🛍️ Showroom Sales Specialist**
(full-time, on-site in Tirana) who will manage showroom operations, assists customers, provides product demonstrations, and ensures an excellent customer experience while driving sales.

**Qualifications ✅**

- Experience in showroom management and product display 🏬
- Strong communication and customer service skills 💬
- Proven sales ability and target achievement 📈
- Interest in interior design and aesthetics 🎨
- Familiarity with sales and inventory tools 💻
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 📋
- Experience in lighting or energy solutions (plus) ⚡
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or Business (preferred) 🎓
