**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Tirana, Albania. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging content, optimizing social media accounts, responding to audience inquiries, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to enhance online presence and engagement.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt plans accordingly
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or luxury market is considered advantageous
