**English & Spanish Speaking**
**Customer Service Representative**
**Location: Tirana, Albania (On-site)**
**Schedule: Monday–Friday | 15:00–23:00**
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our on-site team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer support through inbound and outbound communication while maintaining high service standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and productivity
**Requirements**
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working on-site during afternoon/evening hours
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
