**Role Description**

This is an internship role for a Technical Support Intern based on-site in Tirana. The intern will assist in resolving technical issues, conduct troubleshooting, and deliver excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction. Daily activities will include diagnosing problems, providing effective solutions, and adhering to company standards to enhance client experiences.

**Qualifications**

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Analytical Skills to analyze problems and suggest effective solutions
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- English/ French language knowledge
