The role involves handling administrative tasks, generating basic reports, and collaborating with international logistics and operations teams to resolve day-to-day requests. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in back office & operational related tasks; - Bachelor's degree and first initial practical work experience, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment - Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently - The motivation to contribute your own ideas and approaches to solutions - Good knowledge of common Office applications or Google Workspace - Fluent in English ***Job Responsibilities:*** - Perform Back-office tasks related to our group inventory management - Work closely with international colleagues from logistics and operations in order to solve and process operational requests - Produce and work with basic reporting related to internal processes - Support the growth of new projects through performing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks **What we offer:** - Direct employment with Albanian contract; - Very competitive Fix remuneration; - Training courses; - The chance to become a part of the digital revolution in the automotive sector; - Concrete opportunities for professional growth in a highly merit-based context. - Training courses paid; **Additional Information** The shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
