As a CFIT Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers and internal stakeholders, driving digitalization initiatives, supporting system integrations, and contributing to business growth through technology-enabled solutions. As a **Customer Facing IT Specialist** , will be responsible for: - Supporting customers with DHL digital solutions and applications, including onboarding, implementation, and user training. - Promoting and driving the adoption of DHL eCommerce and Express technology solutions such as shipping tools, APIs, integrations, and customer platforms. - Providing technical consultation to customers and internal stakeholders to optimize shipping and logistics processes. - Troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. **Technical Knowledge** - Knowledge of API integrations, EDI processes, or web-based shipping solutions would be considered an advantage. - Understanding of IT systems, software applications, networking fundamentals, and data exchange concepts. - Proficiency in M365 applications - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. **Preferred Experience** - Experience in customer-facing IT - Experience managing customer integration projects and technical deployments. - Experience in identifying opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization. **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work for the world's leading international express company. - Professional development and continuous learning opportunities. - Exposure to innovative technologies and international projects. - Competitive compensation and employee benefits.
