Our client is a Marketing Operations Consultancy — a hybrid agency combining best-practice consulting, system integration, and digital campaign services. They are metric-driven, process-minded, and highly tech-savvy. Data is at the heart of modern marketing, and our clients rely on us to make sense of the vast amounts of data they capture. Due to increased demand for our services, we are strengthening our data team. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our consultants to uncover reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful insights. This often involves analysing data structures, understanding how data is captured and transformed, and leveraging that knowledge to recommend improvements that support reporting needs. **Your responsibilities are likely to include:** - Building marketing and sales intelligence dashboards using BI tools - Applying data transformations to support dashboard development - Leveraging data repositories to meet reporting requirements - Interacting with clients to understand their data and reporting needs - Researching, learning, and implementing reporting tools as required - Performing various data tasks such as data cleaning, manipulation, de-duping, merging, normalisation, and analysis - Database updates and maintenance - Maintaining, supporting, and documenting CRMT’s internal tools - Data processing, analysis, and data selection for marketing campaigns - Working closely with client services and other members of the professional services team - Supporting the estimation and scoping of data-related projects **To be considered for this role, you must:** - Have a good understanding of databases and reporting - Have experience with a BI tool, preferably Domo or Power BI - Be able to write SQL scripts - Be able to use a scripting language such as Python, R, React, or similar - Understand ETL tools and how to leverage them - Have strong Excel skills - Be proficient in other MS Office tools, particularly Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint - Have an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset - Demonstrate strong attention to detail with numerical, statistical, and logical aptitude - Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads while adapting quickly to changing demands - Communicate clearly in person, in writing, and on (video) calls - Recognise the limits of your expertise and seek support from the team when appropriate - Be a strong team player with an enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible approach - Have an affinity for marketing data **The following would be considered an advantage:** - Knowledge of other reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, RStudio, Sigma Computing, or Qlik - Understanding of data repositories such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks - Experience with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar - Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, MS CRM, Oracle On Demand, or similar - Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Webtrends, or similar - Previous experience in a marketing environment **What We Offer:** - A collaborative and innovative work environment - Opportunities for professional growth and development - The chance to contribute to meaningful projects and create lasting impact - A great team you could be a part of - Competitive salary and benefits Join ePeople HUB and be part of a team that values excellence, innovation, and partnerships that drive success.
