Commodity Manager

**On Behalf Of Our Client, DEKRA Is Looking For** - Commodity Manager The Commodity Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the procurement strategy for key commodities to ensure the best total cost is achieved at an acceptable risk level. The Commodity Manager is continuously searching for suppliers with the best cost, required technology and geographic proximity to the global manufacturing facilities. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Approved Supplier List, negotiating Commercial Agreements and Terms, ensuring supplier adherence to high Quality standards, mitigating Supply Chain Risk, achieving Budgeted KPIs, monitoring Commodity Market Trends and building solid Supplier Relationships. **Job Descprition** - Develop, implement and manage a Commodity/Supplier matrixed structure across the Procurement Buyers; - Create and execute an RFQ Roadmap by Commodity; - Manage the Approved Supplier List and ensure compliance to requirements; - Create and manage a list of project savings on a tracker to meet material budget; - Implement Commercial Agreements outline key terms with suppliers; - Develop, implement and manage a Risk Management Assessment and Mitigation process; - Manage the Supplier Forecasting process working closely with Sales, Project Management, Logistics and send to suppliers as needed; - Manage the Supplier Scorecard process and distribution as well as other budgeted KPIs for Materials and Metals PPVs; - Monitor and report on key Commodity market trends and capacities; - Build solid supplier relationships; - Conduct data analytics to report KPIs, create Supplier Scorecards, identify spend trends by commodity, by supplier, by part number. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain and Operations Management, Finance, or another related field; - 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Procurement within the automotive industry or a related field; - Advance use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word; - Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle. **Professional Knowledge And Skills** - Good communication skills with the ability to work in a diverse workplace; - Strong analytical skills to analyze spend data and commodity trends related to supply capacities and pricing to ensure proper procurement strategies; - Competitive and agile negotiation skills to execute favorable commercial agreements and terms with suppliers effectively to attain a competitive total cost; - Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently; - Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. **Additional Information** If you feel that you have the necessary experience and are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV in English on the following e-mail address: **job.arbeit.mk@dekra.com** All received applications will be considered in strict confidentiality.
