**Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana .The specialist will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with brand and project goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content based on analytics. The role involves collaborating with marketing, project, and leadership teams to highlight key construction projects, company values, and community initiatives. Position Title: Digital Content Creator Department: *Marketing* **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms. - Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content that supports marketing objectives and brand awareness. - Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels. - Develop and maintain content calendars to support campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives. - Monitor brand mentions and online conversations to protect and enhance the company's reputation. - Execute social media campaigns to promote construction projects, company services, industry events, and other marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and distribute social media content. - Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, including engagement, reach, audience growth, and conversions. - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives align with overall business and marketing goals. **Required Skills** - Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand profiles and campaigns. - Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting, branding, and campaign planning. - Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics) to track and improve performance. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines on-site in Tirana. - Previous experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or related industries is an advantage. *Note\*Only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next phases of the recruitment process.\** *\*All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality according to the law No. 9887 set by Albanian Parliament for the 'Protection of Personal Data"* - Please send your CV to **burimenjerezore@klar.al** or Easy Apply via Linkedin.
