By connecting buyers and sellers through technology the company enables dealers and consumers to trade seamlessly throughout Europe.** For more information please visit www.auto1-group.com **Job Description** *Main Tasks:* - Find innovative solutions to automate our processes and work on designing new approaches for workflow and reporting optimisation - Retrieve relevant data sets from various databases using Google Apps Script - Act as a link between business & tech by translating business requirements technically - Support the expansion of the product range by developing lean processes for internal stakeholders - Contribute to the evolution of our automation workflows by identifying opportunities to incorporate AI-driven improvements as the team explores new capabilities. - Work closely with our Operations teams and shape the future of our process landscape **Qualifications** *Qualifications:* - Experience with JavaScript (ES6) and/or Google Apps Script. - Basic understanding of front-end and back-end development. - Familiarity with APIs and process automation. - Strong English skills and good self-organization. - Fast learner, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks. - Knowledge of Node.js (Express.js), SQL, Git, or Python. - Degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience. *We offer:* - Work in a dynamically developing international company in the automotive industry - A regular employment contract with a highly competitive fixed salary - Openness to the implementation of new ideas to improve the company's operation - Friendly working atmosphere in a team focused on cooperation - Excellent professional development opportunities in a dynamic environment **Additional Information** The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
