Do you? **About the Role** As an **Indirect Procurement Manager (Professional Services)** , you will lead and manage indirect procurement activities across Professional Services categories, ensuring compliance with local and group procurement policies while creating value through strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as the key procurement partner for internal stakeholders, driving procurement excellence and supporting sustainable business growth. This role combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities to deliver business value and optimize procurement performance across the organization. **What You'll Do** - Lead procurement activities for Professional Services categories, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards. - Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier selection processes to deliver value and support business objectives. - Build, develop, and manage relationships with suppliers and strategic business partners. - Negotiate, implement, and manage supplier contracts while maximizing contract utilization and performance. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure excellent procurement service levels. - Monitor procurement KPIs, SLAs, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement. - Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement value-creation initiatives across assigned categories. - Analyze market trends, supplier landscapes, and procurement performance to support informed decision-making. - Maintain procurement master data, catalogs, contracts, and supplier information within procurement systems. - Support the implementation of new procurement processes, systems, and best practices. **What You Bring** - Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. - 5–8 years of experience in Procurement, with a strong focus on indirect procurement categories. - Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management. - Strong experience in contract negotiation, implementation, and contract performance management. - Experience with SAP Ariba is considered an advantage. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities. - A continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive process optimization initiatives. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. **What We Offer** - A digitalized work process based on modern tools and technologies. - Opportunities for training and development, supported by two international corporations. - Bonuses based on corporate, local, and individual achievements. - Yearly salary increase based on individual performance. - Fit Kit – free monthly membership providing access to over 300 sports activities. - Free company products for birthdays and holidays - 24/7 accident insurance coverage. **Ready to drive procurement excellence and create business value?** **Apply by 03.08.2026.** *The position requires a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
